If you are not at home to collect the item, our driver will give you a call or a text to ask if you would like to leave your orders at your doorstep. Please note that Pets' O2 is not liable for any loss of packages if you opt to leave it at your doorstep.

We encourage all customers to check their orders at the point of delivery (or immediately when you get home if your order has been left at the riser/doorstep)! If you've discovered something wrong with your order, please contact us. All items to be exchanged or returned must be unopened and in its original packaging, else, the exchange or return will not be valid.
